Thank you Jesus!!!

(February 25th) I just got home from the hospital around 5pm, I had to have some heart surgery, a stint was inserted into the main artery (left side) of my heart, the surgeon actually wanted to perform “open heart surgery” (Transferring me to Lexington). The 80% blockage of the artery was found during a heart cauterization and the decision was made by me to allow them to do the stint without a surgical team standing by ( no surgical team was available at the time), which was sort of a risk about 60-40 that the surgery would be a successful one (because of the position of the blockage) but I told the surgeons (which BTW are some of the best in the U.S.) that God would guide their hands and walk with me through the valley of the shadow of death that I should shall fear no evil, for He is with me~! That is the Praise Report.
The prayer request that I would leave with you is for continued healing of the artery where they went in to deliver the stint. They have to snip the artery then clip it off so it does not bleed (or something like that) and then clip it back together again? The miracles of medicine heh? Thank you for your prayers.

(Update April 25th) I recently had another stress test and the results came back abnormal, which means I need to go into the hospital for another heart cauterization. My heart surgeon wants me to go to Lexington for this one and may require by-pass surgery, (open heart) I pray this don’t have to happen…please be in prayer for me, touching and agreeing with me, that this is not the Lord’s will. The date of the Surgery is May 11th at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington…send cards and letters to Singing Evangelists P.O. Box 1005 Somerset, KY. 42502…God bless, and if I do not see you anymore on this side of Heaven I’ll meet you in the Rapture!

Update May 12th 2009: A real miracle has happened in my life! I went to Lexington Monday for the heart cauterization and, was told that everything looked fine with my stint, and no other blockage was found! It truly is a miracle, because my stress test returned abnormal which meant something else was going on…but God has healed, and made me whole, thank God! Just as He healed me of cancer 8 months ago…he has now healed me of heart disease! Thank you Jesus!!!

Hello my friend, so glad to hear from you. I am so sorry to hear about your heart, but I know Jesus the healer and he can do all thing’s but fail. My brother I will pray that God will heal your heart, every artery and blood vessel. Mark 11:24 tell us; and when we pray whatsoever we desire believe that we receive it and we SHALL have it. I have seen God do mighty miracles and He hasn’t stop yet. Faith is the key and pray will unlock the door. I will be fasting and praying for your healing my friend. The devil don’t like it and he will do anything to destroy us. But greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. Stand firm on your faith and let go and let God do His thing. Dear friends and neighbors I recently caught a vision of something that I believe will make a positive impact on our community (Pulaski County Kentucky and surrounding area) I propose that we build a full gospel FM radio station with a live studio (with the Lord’s help and it be His will) in the very near future or a.s.a.p. (of course I can’t do anything without the Lord amen?) But it has always been a dream of mine to work with radio and I have had some experience with doing just that, I have been on four or five different stations as a DJ and have a working knowledge of radio business. And now that dream is somewhat closer to becoming a reality, please won’t you pray with us that the Lord will make a way for us to do this? A House Divided

Psalm 127:1 “Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it!”

Any good builder knows that you need a firm foundation to build upon. 1 Corinthians 3:11 for other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ! Paul told Timothy, “that the foundation of God stands sure (Stands firm, it will never wax old, it will never crumble beneath their feet) having this seal (We have been sealed till the day of redemption by the Holy Spirit of promise) the Lord knows those who are his, and (In conjunction with that) let everyone names the name of Christ (That professes to know him) let them depart from iniquity.

We are laborers together with God “God works with us to build upon this foundation” because we are God’s building, that is according to the grace that is given to us as master builders! Right now, this moment; just a spec of time in all eternity, I am laying out for you a foundation, the doctrine of Jesus Christ and him crucified and another builds upon it, but let every man take heed how he builds upon it!
Isaiah 28:16 “Therefore thus says the Lord God, behold (Look into this and consider what I am about to say) I lay in Zion (Zion refers to the church) for a foundation, a stone, the rock that the church is built upon. Jesus told us, “The gates of hell shall never prevail against his church.” He’s the tried stone! Which means that he’s been proven to be the only one that has withstood the test of this life and came out on the winning side! A precious stone, more precious than any other precious stone known to man! Diamonds, rubies; walls of jasper and gates of pearl do not compare to his deity!

Eph. 2:20 we are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom all the building fitly framed together, grows unto an holy temple in the Lord (In whom? In him, abiding in the vine) ye also are built together (As the body of Christ) for a habitation (A place for God to dwell) the building of God! Unto you then who believe he is precious but unto them which be disobedient, he is the stone that the builders disallowed (rejected!). He came to his own but his own received him not, (He was never allowed to become the foundation on which to build), The same is made the head of the corner!

The second most important thing that a good builder knows is, that a building has to be fitly framed. You have to have a straight corner to go by! If you want sturdy structure, it must be designed to certain specifications! We have that pattern in Christ! Titus 2:7 in all things showing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine showing uncorrupt ness, gravity, and sincerity. God has given us a plumb line so that might keep a straight path for our feet. Amos 7:8 what do you see? And I said, a plumb line. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumb line in the midst of my people. What I’m saying is we have a blueprint to go by, but many will not read the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth (The Bible!)

To most he has become a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence. Jesus offended them. (I may offend you, I don’t know) Religious folks cannot stand the truth, so they heaped to themselves, teachers having itching ears, who have changed the truth of God into a bunch of lies! Fables and fairytales, which cannot be believed by anyone! One day this rock is going to fall on them and they will be crushed. Let God be the truth, and every man a liar!

This message is coming to you on the heels of a hellish decision to allow same sex marriages! What kind of world are we living in folks come on! God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve! God calls it an abomination and destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah over it! Psalm 9:17 “the wicked shall be turned into hell, and all nations that forget God” People have we forgotten God? The one who has blessed this great nation?
Proverbs 14:34 Righteousness is what exalts a nation, but sin and perversion is a reproach, something that brings with it shame and disgrace to any people, believers and unbelievers alike. God sends his rain (showers of blessings) on the just and the unjust, (that is exactly what this country has enjoyed since being founded in 1692) now someone wants to change that? If a man (Or a nation) does not stand for something he’s bound to fall for anything!

In these last days in which we live (Which started by the way on the day of Pentecost) God himself has sent strong delusion. 2 Thessalonians 2:11&12 and for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. As the old country preacher would say, “there’s a lot of game up that holler!” That people who would believe the lie would be damned? The strong delusion I believe to be the view of secular humanism, which says, do whatever feels good, as long as you’re not hurting someone your OK, I’m OK, everything is fine and dandy, what a bunch of dung! Jesus said, every tree that does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire! He preached more about hell than he did about heaven.

As John the Baptist exclaimed, O’ generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Bring forth fruit meet (Fit!) fruit that is worthy to be repented of! The ax is laid to the root of the tree! God’s word is quick and powerful, sharper than any two edged sword, and it will soon be applied to root of this nation, and it will be completely, and utterly devoured by the word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord!

Too much information, ok then back to our scripture verse. Psalm 127:1 Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it! This tells me, that without the Lord, no one can build a suitable household! (See also Matthew 7:24) matter of fact Jesus tells us in St. John 15:5 “without me you can do nothing!” but through Christ we can do all things, because he gives us the strength to do so. That’s paraphrased of course, but means the same thing.

I’ll tell you something right here that might set well with a lot of you. Anyone can build a house, but it takes God to make it a home! Just as any man can be a biological father to his children, without ever being a real daddy to them! By the same token any of you woman can mother a child, but it takes a woman of special virtue (character) to be a mom. Wise men and women seek after God; they seek his advice, they go to him in prayer, and ask (Ask, seek and knock) they push (Pray until something happens) they ask for his council, they seek for his direction, for his will to be done in their life!

A house or a community divided against it self can never stand is what Jesus said. God has called men to be watchmen over their homes and over their cities. Real men stand for what is right! America is great, because God has blessed this nation with Godly men who have the backbone to say, “In God we trust” The devil and his kingdom has launched an all-out attack on that slogan that was adopted in 1956. The devil knows he can never defeat us as long as we have God fearing men and women, who will speak out against evil, and call sin what it is. When the enemy comes in like a flood, (Of doubt and confusion, of sin and perversion) the Spirit of God will raise up the standard of God’s holiness and the righteousness, God will be the banner over us, Jehovah Nissi!

United we stand, divided we will fall, another Biblically based motto. Satan’s battle plan is simple, divide and conquer! He wants to bring division in your home; he wishes to put you at odds with your spouse, and with your children, to cause doubt and mistrust, to confuse you with the lies he has told you. He is the master of deceit and the father of lies! He was a murderer from the beginning, and he has never been able to abide in the truth! He’s the enemy of your soul, and a destroyer of lives. He came to kill, steal and to destroy, but Jesus said, I am (The Lord God Adonis) has come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly (Which means that he brings about a better quality of life!) That’s right you devil I’m letting the world know through this vessel and this media, that you came to destroy all that is good, all that is pure, perfect and holy! But your kingdom is a defeated kingdom, because it is divided against itself!

You may be the god of this world, but we are not of this world! We are chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and a peculiar people, that we should show forth the praises of him who have called us out of darkness into his marvelous light!

Jesus asked the disciples, “Who do men say that I am? They were undecided, they hem-hawed around by saying, well some say that thou art John the Baptist, some Elias and others Jeremiah, or one of the prophets. Jesus said basically ok, now who do you say that I am? Simon Peter answered and said Thou art the Christ, the son of the Living God! This was “The Great Confession” and upon this divine revelation, Christ said, I will build his church, and the gates of hell could not prevail against it! I’m not out to bash anyone, but rather to reconcile my brethren. If I fail to warn, and you should die in your sin, then as a watchman, your blood could be required at my hand! God did not build his church on man, it’s not built on traditions, by having your name on the church book or by shaking the preachers hand it takes more than just being baptized (Going down a dry sinner and coming up a wet one!) Buddha cannot save you, hare’-Krishna and all of his karma won’t get the job done; Mohammad was a misguided soul, who tried to find God, and founded a doctrine of hate and indifference.

It takes being a lively stone in the building, not just another brick in the wall of yesterday’s spiritual experience! Some dried up, whited wall, shallow and void of understanding. Cleaning up the outside of the suplucre, but on the inside we are full of nothing but dead men’s bones! You must be built up as a spiritual house, in offering up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable unto God by Jesus Christ!
I want to wrap this up with focusing on the home. As I have already stated, it takes special men and women of God with spiritual fortitude to make a house a home. Not just a house built in vain. I’m saying that a home is a place where there is joy unspeakable and full of glory, and the peace of God that passeth all understanding abides there!

Now we know and understand 1Cor. 7:14 that says, the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the believing wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the believing husband (vice-versa) else were your children unclean, now they are holy! But how can two walk together the Bible says, unless they can be in agreement? The cord of three strands is not so easily broken. The circle of two, hand in hand with Jesus, we are not to be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. You young people pay close attention to what I am about to say right here, especially if you old enough to consider marriage. You need to know the person you want to marry. A good moral person can still die and go to a lake of fire, and that blessed union you seek will be shattered forever! You need to find a God-fearing, Jesus loving, devil chasing, Holy Ghost filled child of God, and have a blessed life, not one that is accursed, and filled with misery and despair.

Allow me to add this (which is actually part of another message the Lord has given me on agreement, and disagreement) agreement brings blessing and power; it promotes unity within the family structure. Remember earlier in this message I told you that Satan’s plan is to divide and conquer? Why so much divorce? There is division in the home! The devil’s worst nightmare is agreement, he knows that when two would agree as touching one thing, it shall be done for them of our Father. One believer can put a thousand evil spirits to flight, two can put ten thousand back to the pits of hell where they came from!

Do you really want to hear the truth what God has dropped into my spirit? The trouble with the family that Christ has been left out of the arrangements the man is no longer the head of the household, wives do not obey their husbands, and children are disobedient to their parents. Since we have allowed prayer to be taken out, schools have become demilitarized zones.

This country is in trouble because of weak compromising men who would like to label themselves as Christians, and are no more than clouds without water Jude the brother of Jesus pulled no punches, he said they are carried about by winds (other peoples hot air) trees whose fruit has withered, without fruit they are twice dead and should be plucked up by it’s roots.

Come-on people if a man cannot rule his own house, how can he rule the house of God? The gays and the lesbians speak evil of those things they know not! But, what they know naturally as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. I’m not into gay bashing either; we are called to love the unlovable. It’s the sin I’m preaching against. God hates sin, but he loves the sinner.
2 Timothy 3:1-7 Perilous times have come, these are the last days, and these are the symptoms of a house divided!

What in hell would you want?

Oh, yes I can hear you talking now; brother Gibson has done went and cussed. Think about it for just one moment and will understand what I just ask you. As for me I’ll go ahead and tell you that there is nothing in that place that I would want; there is nothing that even appeals to me about that darkened pit. I have listed 7 reasons why I would not want to go there.

My number #1 reason for not wanting to go to that awful place is that it’s forever, once your there it is for all of eternity! There aren’t any exits in hell, there’s no way out! Eternal separation from all you know and love, eternally separated from God and his goodness, from family and friends, that have always been a constant source of love and guidance, and there’s no escape from that place of torment. Which brings me to the second reason why I would not want to make my bed in hell!

#2. It’s a place where the fire is not quenched and the worm does not die. The worm described here is a soul that is not cleansed by the blood of Jesus. The fire will not be quenched simply means that it will burn forever, without ever consuming the worm. Remember the burning bush? It was on fire but yet the fire did not consume the bush. It is a fire that will be seven times hotter than any flame known to man. They say that a blue flame is the hottest flame, hotter than the red, orange and yellow flames, which is a campfire compared to the blaze that is going on in hell right now!

It is a place of torment intended for the devil and his angels (Matt. 25), but now has enlarged its borders to receive the ones that have not made preparations to avoid the darkened pit! The worst kind of injury you can have is a burn. I can’t stand to be burned. It is so intolerable; the pain seems to never go away. In hell you will burn alive without ever causing your death; which would end the suffering. As I said hell is a place of torment (Read Luke 16). I believe it to be likened to a holding place much like a prison, where you go till its time for your death sentence to be carried out. Not to be confused with purgatory, which is believed to be a holding place for all those who will be given a second chance to repent, which I believe to be fiction rather than fact. For the wicked shall be turned into hell, so will every nation that forgets God. This Nation is in danger of the impending judgment of almighty God.

At the great white throne a separation will take place (again Matt. 25) in which the sheep will be separated from the goats. To the sheep on his right hand he will say, come you who are blessed of the Lord, enter into the joys of the Lord, but to the goats on his left hand he will say, depart from me all you that work iniquity, and be cast out into the place of utter darkness. The whole congregation of the damned will then be cast alive into the lake of fire (which is the second death)(referring to the eternal separation from the source of all life-God), which burns with fire and brimstone (sulfur)

The soul of man is eternal; it lives on either in a glorified state or in corruption through damnation. The rich man in Luke 16 had all five senses for he was tormented in the flame and wanted water to cool his toque. His cognition worked also because he remembered that he had five brothers that he didn’t want to come to that awful place! (The great gulf that is fixed)

#3. No more relationships, not only will we totally miss out on an eternal relationship with the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost, and singing with the Angels, but also family. There will no family reunions in hell! No ties that will bind us together. All of our memories will be bad ones, which will cause manic depression, and domestic violence on every level. And friends? What friends? You won’t have any friends in hell! Sorry to disappoint you, but there aren’t any parties going on in hell either!

#4. It is a place of torment. It is a place filled with fear. Satan thrives on fear, because fear has torment. There will be weeping and wailing, and gnashing of teeth. I can’t stand to hear anyone cry (weep) my first instinct is to help whomever it is that is suffering. But, there will be no stopping the anguish of all the ones who are weeping and wailing (howling). They will gnash on each other (grind their teeth) with their teeth to relieve the stress and the pain that they are going through. We can’t even fathom or begin to comprehend the depth of suffering and misery going on right now in hell-fire! One mans vision of hell is how he ended up there, and saw himself walking through the flames looking for the one that told him he was alright, just sign my church book and you’ll make it no problem. All of a sudden he sees a shadowy figure coming towards him out of the smoke, and he knew that as soon as the creature got close enough to him that he would have to engage in a battle, for the beast will pounce on him with fury and gnash on him to gain some measure of relief from the pain it is feeling. But as the creature draws nearer it is somewhat familiar he seemed to remember those facial features somewhere in his mind he started wishing that he could make out who it was. When the being got close enough to do battle his blood turned cold even with the heat of the flames as he recognized that it was mama. No! He screamed not my mama! I believe that to be a scenario that will be commonplace in hell.

#5. There is no rest there. This next reason means a lot to me, because I never want to end up in hell-fire where there is no rest! No peace, no joy, and no love found in hell. It will be however on long nightmare that will last for eternity! I love to sleep, but there is no sleeping going on in hell! The mental anguish will be totally unbearable. Talking about anxiety attacks, nervous breakdowns, and other psychosis, like someone with claustrophobia would never want to end up in hell. With all the souls that have made it there before you, which I estimate at somewhere about 650,000,000,000! Hell is a very populated place.

#6. It’s dark there! I don’t like the dark. I don’t like to stumble around in the darkness. As when the wife moves the furniture around while I’m at work, and I come home and immediately trip over everything that was out of place. I hate to stub my toes; I mean that really hurts to stub your toes on something. The darkness surround you and the dim light from the flames will only give forth an eerie glow to add to the fear of being afraid of the dark. Your worst fears will be lived out in hell! What you fear the most will happen to you in hell.

#7. There’s no place to hang your hat, and no place to call your own. In Heaven we will have a mansion of our own, one that Jesus has gone to prepare for those who love him. O’ but honey none in hell has a place to reside. I’m a private type person, I don’t want lots of people around me all the time, not that I have anything to hide, but I love to be by myself, or with family. My wife knows that I like to alone with Jesus, or work on a good gospel message, or listen to or record and play my favorite music. But nowhere in hell will you find a place of solitude, a private place to be by yourself or the one you love. What misery, what torment, how awful thought to never ever enjoy another peaceful moment. No More blue skies, no green grass, no lakes, no fishing! There is nothing more restful than to relax by a stream of cool clear water, or the calmness of a lake as the wind blows across the top of the water.

So there you have it. I have many more reasons but these are at the top of my list. Have you ever thought of what hell is like? We talk about Heaven and the glory we will share, but what if you don’t make it there? Think of the alternative, and see if that don’t make you want to move closer to God.

The Four Things God wants you to know!

Let me get right into this message by telling you that the first thing that God wants you to know; THAT YOU ARE SAVED! 1John 5:11&12 This is the record (The good news, the good report!) we must trust, accept and believe the report as being true! The Romans road says (Romans 10:9&10) the word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach! ⁹That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. ¹⁰For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. But they have not all obeyed the gospel. Not everyone is willing to confess Jesus Christ yes, they believe but, so do all the devils, they believe and tremble in the presence of almighty God! Isaiah said, Lord, who hath believed our report?

What is the record again? That God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his son. He that hath the son hath life, and (in conjunction with that, he that hath not the Son of God hath not life but, the curse of death abides upon him!

God wants you to know that you are saved, even though the devil would say, “you don’t really believe you are saved, do you? You are the same person that were before, aren’t you? Besides, how can anyone know for sure they are saved?

That’s his job, to tempt you into doubting your salvation and to discourage you so you will give up! He will try and make you believe the evil report! Our job (As it were) is to submit our ways unto God…resist the devil that he may flee (Runaway) from us! Never give him place to work, and never give up! Be not weary in well doing, for we shall reap, if (A pivotal word that usually hinges on a condition) we faint not, in other words if we never give up!

Satan is known as the accuser of the brethren, he accuses us before God day and night! Where do you get that from Brother Gibson, you may ask? (Rev. 12:10) He never ceases his whining, murmuring and complaining about us. I believe that is why it is a sin to do so; God hears enough of it from the devil. We don’t need to do the same thing the devils do! (Read God doesn’t like crybabies!) He was a murderer from the beginning, a slanderer who has never been able to abide in the truth! The Father of all lies, God hates liars and that is why all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire that burns with fire and brimstone! He is miserable and his kind of misery loves whatever kind of company it can keep! He loves confusion! If you are confused about your salvation, I want you to know that it is a work of the enemy of your soul! God is not the author of confusion. Satan wants to discourage us, because discouragement brings on depression and ask any kind of health specialist you want to and they will tell you; that depression is the leading cause of all forms of illness! Confusion produces doubt, worry and brings on fear and fear has torment! O’ but honey God has not given us a spirit of fear (fear is bondage) we have been made free, whom the Son has set free, he is free indeed! There is no fear in love; but perfect love will cast out fear. He that has fear is not made perfect in love. God has given us power over all the powers of the enemy! There is nothing that can sit on you to hurt you! He told us we could tread upon scorpions, which is exactly where that devil belongs, under your feet! God has also given us a spirit of love, because love covers a multitude of sin, and a sound mind! All of this of course could be a whole different message. These things I’ve just mentioned however are the tools we need to defeat Satan and overcome the fear he would try to put upon us! Which leads me into the second thing God wants you to know.

2.) You Can Overcome Temptation 1Cor. 10:13 “there is no temptation taken you (None that have taken you by surprise) but, such is common to man. (This is to say that temptation is a common thing and that all men are commonly tempted, even Christ himself was tempted yet without sin!) These common temptations God has said are of the world, “the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eye and the pride of life” these three things are of the world (we are in the world but, not of the world) therefore if any man love the world and the things that are of the world then the love of the Father is not in him! James 1:13-16; Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither does he tempt any man, But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed (Seduced or trapped). Then when lust hath conceived, (Sin is a seed just as the word of God is a seed, it is a living organism, once it is planted it germinates and will bring forth fruit, just as a woman who is pregnant, that embryo will eventually come forth) it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death. Do not err, my beloved brethren. (In other words don’t go wrong in believing this because it is part of the report!) Make sure that your sins will find you out! You can hide your sin from your parents, and you might be able to hide them from your preacher, your spouse, or even your children but, one of these days that sin will be brought out into the light and everyone will know! Something that is very noteworthy should be added right here, it is not a sin to be tempted. Temptation becomes sin when we yield to it, drawn away from God by our own lusts. That is why we must follow after the Spirit, that we may not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Then how do we overcome? It is by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony. (Again another sermon!) But, leads us into the third thing God wants us to know.

3.) God is Faithful 1John1: 9 if we do commit sin (a commitment to sin means that you have given place to the devil, we then open ourselves up for slavery to the wiles of the god of this world! When we resist the will of God for our lives the protective hedge comes down (Psalms 34:7), and the ways of a transgressor becomes very hard!

Yet God is faithful and, just to forgive us our sins and, will cleanse us from all unrighteousness. He will not suffer you (Allow you) to be tempted above that which ye are able to bear: but will with every temptation also make a way of escape, that you might be able to bear it! (He will show you the way out of your temptation) He’ll bring you out! He will give power to stand the testing of your faith. Every trial can become a blessing, a blessing in disguise! Although Satan says, all right so what if you are a Christian! However you are a defeated Christian and, you will always be, as a matter of fact, there are certain sins in your life, which you will never be able to overcome. (That is only a half-truth, for you see the devil cannot tell the whole truth, which is that by myself I can do nothing, but through faith in Christ I can do all things because he gives me the strength to do so!) Don’t listen to his lies. He is a failure and he wants you to feel completely defeated! The truth is that

We are more than conquerors through him that loved us and, gave him self a ransom for many. We were held hostage by our taskmaster, and the will of our father we obeyed, O’ but child of God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the righteous bought our pardon, straight off of death row! (There I go with yet another message) So Lucifer is a whipped pup he’s such a LOSER, I picture him walking around with an L on his forehead! Christ causes us to triumph and gives us victory over sin! This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. Which leads to a perfect state of maturity.

Romans 5:3-5 we glory in tribulation, knowing (Something that he says we should already realize) tribulation works patience, and patience experience, and experience hope, and hope does not make one ashamed! This hope that we have in Him will never leave us where we would be ashamed, because if we have made our calling and our election sure, we shall never fall! (Never fail to do what God has called us to do). We are running the race with patience laying aside every weight and the sin that does so easily beset us! (Set us back to the point where the devil is able to come along and convince you that you aren’t doing any good at all! You ought to just give up! It’s no use; this Christian walk is just too hard!) We must with a clear conscience serve God; there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus; who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit! It’s all about Love, if you love God you will keep His commandments, in other words you will do those things that please the Father and you’ll do it out of love, not because you have to or that is what a good Christian is supposed to do. Pretty simple really (LOL). Hope does not one ashamed because “The Love Of God” is shed abroad in our hearts! The love you have for God should be enough to keep you from sin! That truly is what the Bible speaks about “Our First Love”

#4.) God hears and answers prayer John 16:24 part B of this verse tells us that we should A.S.K. James the brother of Jesus said, “you have not because you ask not!” Ask, Seek, and Knock the three-fold promise of God! Three little letters A.S.K. coincidence you ask? I don’t believe so. If you will ask it shall be given unto you, if you seek you shall find, and if you knock it shall be open unto you! That our joy may be full, Jesus said. It is how we are able to stand the fiery trials; THE JOY OF THE LORD is our strength! Would you like to know what else brings me joy? The fact that I have confidence in him, if I ask anything according to His will, then He hears me, and I know that if He hears me, then I have the petition I desire of Him! I challenge you as a Christian, if you would only delight yourself in knowing the will of God, you can ask what you will and He will give you the desires of your heart! Psalms 1 says blessed is the man who delights himself in the law of the Lord, someone who meditates in His law day and night, David said, “that he would be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, (Living water that will flow from the inner most part of your being! From your belly springing up into everlasting life!) That brings forth fruit in its season, his leaf also shall not wither (The gift or calling God has placed in your life will not fade away, you can keep the same anointing that will cause you to bring forth much fruit!) and whatsoever you do God shall cause it to prosper! You will be blessed in your deed because you are a doer of the word and not a hearer only.

God’s eyes are over the righteous and His ears are opened unto their cries! He hears and answers prayers! Prayer changes things; it changes people, circumstances, and situations. Prayer is one of the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven!

Still yet Satan will come to you and tell you that God don’t really care about you, if He did, you wouldn’t be going through all of this! As a matter of fact He is probably concerned about more important things, and just how important can you be that God would answer your prayers?

Saints of God can I tell you that we have God’s word on it, if He said it, I believe it, and praise the good Lord that settles it! God is not a man that He can lie that is one of the immutable things of God (Things concerning his nature and character) God never changes and God cannot lie if His word says it honey you can believe it! He is a man of His word. Believe it and receive it, doubt it and do without it! Read Psalms 34:15&16 the righteous cry and the Lord will hear and deliver them out of all their troubles! Thank you dear God!

Let us review the four things again OK?

1.) God wants you to know that you are saved

2.) He wants you to know that you can overcome temptation

3.) God is faithful to forgive you

4.) He hears and answers prayer

Gibson Hill Studios has now turned out four projects for local artists. I have done my first solo project entitled “The Solid Rock” it is “Classic Christian Rock” pretty much a genre all it’s own…Previews of that project is forthcoming (Update September 8th). Phyllis will also be doing a solo project as soon as we can get some free time! The project will feature songs that we have done since the Lord united us 6 years ago, songs such as “Good morning Child” “Our first day in Heaven” mostly cover songs written and recorded by other artists. According to the experts if a new artist/s starts out with songs already made popular you stand a better chance of finding your market. Of course we are mainstream country/bluegrass gospel, so if you were say more contemporary you would not want to record southern/country or bluegrass, because of stereo typing…it happens; however, I’ve always been one to operate out of the norm “G” therefore the “Solid Rock” took on a new group name and label.

“The Solid Rock” CD also sparked a “Chord” in me and I felt the leading of the Holy Spirit to do another “Rock” oriented project so I followed up with another “Solo” venture, but called it “The Singing Evangelists a Praise and Worship CD”
